2018:  Eyup!  I've moved from Saltaire to Scarborough!

Will be back in West Yorkshire on occasion eg at the Castle Hotel, Bradford, Friday 20 April 8.30pm

I continue to support the aims of Friends of Bradford's Becks (see 'em on Facebook) with what has become my signature tune.

Have appeared on BBC Look North, BBC Radio Leeds, Bradford Community Broadcasting

Have trodden the boards with Paper Zoo Theatre, and with Bradford's Shakespeare group ACT, for whom I've also written incidental music. But 2017's main feature for me was my drama about Blind Jack Metcalf, celebrating his 300th birthday.

See http://multi-story-shipley.co.uk/ for my work with Steve Bottoms

I have four or five  projects to get my head over now I'm in Scarborough:

For 2018: libretto for a specially commissioned choral piece for Bradford Festival Choral Society, to be performed in July, collaboration with composer Jonathan Brigg,

With Steve Bottoms and Irene Lofthouse, creation of a presentation for schools and communities, with music, working title "Where's the Aire?" to raise awareness of the river and celebrate the return of the salmon, otter, dipper etc.....

Working on seventh album of original songs.

For 2019:

With Irene Lofthouse, a new Passion Play for Bradford to mark the centenary of the conversion of the Parish Church into a Cathedral, at Easter

With Shipley Little Theatre: a new play set in Bradford in the 1840's featuring Georg Weerth (who??) and Titus Salt.  For Saltaire Festival September and touring
